Trash Issues Ignored — Poor Oversight Management has failed to address ongoing trash pileups and missing bins. Watch very closely how they manage your associations money and the invoices match. They are definitely in the business for a profit. Making sure your property is maintained is not their priority. Their staff treat and talk to homeowner's as if they are stupid. When you have an issue they take their time with repairs. No concern that you are living with leaks, mold, ant infestation, termites, etc. This company consistently raise HOA dues and don’t do any improvements to the property. If Judy Anderson is your manager, you are screwed. She does not follow the laws and civil codes that HOA’s must follow, instead doing what she wants and how she wants, no matter how it affects the homeowner. Do not rent a unit if this HOA is involved. I am a tenant in one of their buildings and they are a horrible company to deal with. I am a tenant whose rights are violated all the time. When the pool needs cleaning they don't do it. Half of the washers in the laundry room are out of order. Sometimes they disconnect the call box in the front and I can't get any of my deliveries. They had the whole roof replaced and didn't follow protocol and proceeded to cut wires without prior notice, leaving me without service and not caring to connect anything back. My water has been shut off twice without notice. The building that this is all going on in is called Town Country in Long Beach.

There should be a zero star rating available to rate this company. The absolute worst management company in California by far. They will allow your property to completely fall apart before they send someone out to do any repairs and then act like they're doing you a favor by doing their job. If there is water damage, they will have a contractor open your walls to dry them out, then you'll be spend the next 6 months sending emails and waiting for them to have the contractor come back to complete the repairs. I still have a water intrusion issue that they never fixed in the 7 years it was reported to them. One homeowner reported a leak in her kitchen ceiling. CPM did not send anyone out until the ceiling actually caved in and that was just to cover the hole. It's been almost a year an
