Classic Property Management

This company did not return my deposit, finding various reasons to charge me when I moved out. I rented a condo with them and lived there for more than 2 years. Things were getting older, but I kept the condo in decent shape (everything was working, nothing got damaged). But when I moved out, apparently, they wanted to make the condo look like new and tried to use my deposit to cover part of the cost. Just be aware of this data point when you rent with them.

I am reviewing Classic Property Management from an owner's perspective.They have been very attentive to details and they really care about their clients - both renters and owners. They really work hard to inspect our properties and make good recommendations so that the next tenant will have a great experience moving in. Kerrie, Kim and Trisha have been just like family to us, and they really care about our investments.

Was great while I was renting from them. However after move out, I had to wait 30 days to get my deposit back. When I did, I found out that I was being charged way more than anticipated for not a lot of problems. The invoice they gave me looks like it was typed out by a 3rd grader on Microsoft word. The house was left spotless with no holes or anything. They are trying to charge me for a new ceiling fan that was never even used. Can’t get anyone on the phone EVER. Still have yet to talk to anyone about this and it’s been 6 days since I received my check. Very disappointed in service after moving out. Might just need to just reach out to the BBB.

Classic Property’s is the worse rental company ever. So I stayed at my previous home ( townhouse) for 10 years then decided to upgrade to a home with garage and a yard. First few months was ok. Then we started having snakes, a bat, and lil lizards entering the home . The company never took it serious and when someone finally came they put down sticky pads and we had to call the city pest control to remove the bat Then the maintenance contractors , when they come to fix things it’s more like a bandage on it just to say they came. When I moved in the patio screen was damaged the man came and put a rubber piece on it never ceiled it so I always keep the screen slide over never used it but when I moved they charged me for it, also they came and fixed the dishwasher and they still charged me f

Classic Property Management is one of the most professional companies that I have had the privilege to work with. I have have used 2 different management companies to manage my home in Kansas City, and 1 to manage my home in California. The one in California was overly "chummy" with me, and the first one I used in Kansas City ended up stealing over $12,000 from me. I fired that one and was lucky enough to find Classic Property. They are extremely professional and work their hardest to represent both the owner and the tenants. This is exactly the business relationship I was looking for. I have been using them as my management company for 6-1/2 years now and plan to stick with them as long as I am renting out my house. Thank you to all of you.
