My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of renting a property from their business for two years. Diana and Joe were always available with any question or concern we may have had. As with any home, repairs or maintenance have to be done. When concerns would arise out of one's control, Joe and Diana were on top of it and made sure it was taken care of. Usually the on same day or in a very reasonable time frame. They were very genuine and made sure we were always ok. If I owned a home and needed a company to manage my property, they will be someone I would trust and highly recommend to others. Thank you Joe and Diana for everything.

I rented an apartment through this agency and had an awesome experience. Communication was immediate, no issues at all with the unit. Joe is very helpful with any and all questions and made move in/out seamless. Diana facilitated as well and also sent me a kind note upon my leaving. After 2 years I hated to go but family issues arose and I had to. I would highly recommend them for any rental/sales needs.

The entire staff at Classic 1 Realty is amazing! I recently had an issue with the homeowners association trying to fine me for something I did not do! Diana went to bat for me and refunded the $100 back to me! Also, any time there was an issue they had someone at the house within 24 hours to have the issue resolved! The entire staff was always a pleasure to work with. Even after explaining to them that I had to move out and get a bigger house Joe still assisted me with helping me find somewhere else to move! I would definitely rent again from Classic 1 Realty!
