Clarksville Commons Apartments

My experience living in Clarksville Commons under the new property management team has been excellent. Maintenance requests are acknowledged and addressed in a timely manner. The property management team is very professional and attentive to my needs or concerns as a tenant. They also provide great customer service by keeping everyone up to date on any tenant related issues or general information.

I recently moved in and the apartment is beautiful. New washer/dryer, newer appliances, lvp throughout. It’s got wonderful grey paint so it’s neutral. Maintenance is also very responsive and try to get you taken care of quickly. I love that there’s monthly pest control too. Pet friendly which is great for me and my cat! I’m happy to call this place home!

My daughter have lived here for three months now and have had nothing but positive experiences. Management is friendly, accessible and flexible. Maintenance is quick to respond and complete service requests.

Very unprofessional they took over this property from GVA did not send me the proper information to pay rent, I tried to talk to them and tell them i apologize for being behind im just confused on how to pay it, to find out they didn't have portals set up, they were treating me like I am not a resident, they were making it seem like i am dumb and it was very disrespectful i've been paying my rent on time before we switched over to Cumberland commons at clarksville meanwhile they arent even in clarksville there somewhere in hopkinsville,ky. so they don't allow you to money gram anything and come in physically, but after 20 plus days i finally got to pay it i just want to say when my lease is up do not worry about me coming to GVA or Cumberland commons because you all are very unprofessiona

Cumberland commons have came a long way since I been living here it has been a exciting change from the look to the management have been a great help when it comes to getting things done like the repairs on anything since me in my family have lived here I have had nothing but a great experience in I would recommend anyone to rent from them because the community is very pleasant in the price is very reasonable
