Angela D. In office is verry rude and unprofessional, I've paid my rent same time every month, never late, never asked for extra time and she came at me soo rudely. I asked for a bosses number or HR and she said I can find it for myself. Everyone else was friendly and resolved the problem

I have had no problems at all with them. They are very helpful and they get problems solved and repaired. I plan on staying here.Thanks Sarah.

Would not recommend this rental company to anyone. Every time the temps went from hot to cold or cold to hot, we would have to call to have the heat/air fixed in order for it to actually work for the season. Multiple times we would spend weeks without heat/air during the hottest/coldest times of year. We reported issues with the house upon move in that they refused to fix (broken window from someone breaking in when the house was vacant, broken dehumidifier in the basement). When the house flooded because of roots growing in the sewer line, they didn't replace the pipe, they just dumped cement on it to cover the holes in the pipe and placed a paver stone on top of it. They hardly ever answered the phone and when they did, you get a rude office employee. Upon move in, we had to spend 2 days

Do not rent from these people, they were terrible to us. Filthy conditions; on move in day the toilet was left used and clogged. Basement full of mold. Final straw was when the upstairs unit had water leaking from their bathroom into our kitchen for over a week before they did anything about it. It took weeks for them to repair the leak. We moved out months later and they still hadn't repaired the ceiling. They literally posted the place for rent online with the dirty/damaged ceiling IN THE PHOTOS. Had no power for over a week because they wouldn't send someone out to fix it. Lied to us about breaking the lease. The office has been closed to the public "Because of Covid" for years.

This company is really bad the apartment door is rusting out on the bottom bugs comes in the apartment no screens for the windows had to buy my own they never answer the phone and charge you another months rent when you move out the month that your lease is up. There is dog crap always around when they there is no pets allowed trash always sitting out people's doors for weeks. I paid rent for a place that I couldn't stay in for a year. This company gives LLC companys bad names
