Clark Investment Properties

They have a great customer service I spoke with the landlord, and as was Holiday I left him a message. He called me back even in Thanksgiving. A day after I saw the property, he was very punctual and nice. And I signed the contract already.

I have been renting from Clark's for 5 years and I must say they are the sweetest people.. its a family business i believe and the daughters run the office they absolutely fantastic and understanding people.. the mother and father are great people and very sweet...I wouldn't rent from anyone else...they are always here for me and know my struggles and understand never once have gotten rude or unprofessional and they 100% recommended... the best landlords to have especially through this pandemic never once have they threatened to put anyone out they are just all around good spirited people And I'm blessed to have such great people looking out for me . Living across the street from one of their managed properties...I say they need to do a better screening job. First day for new tenants..police were out due to them fighting in street. Police have been there consistently every week since they moved in. 7 people in a one bedroom studio. And no matter how many times they are called nothing is done. So much for property management!

I have lived in one of there properties for 3 yrs and they are very nice and sweet understanding people..if you have a problem they may not get to it that day but in a timely manner...i enjoy renting from then and in the future with look to renting a house if they have any available.

I rented with this company many years ago and they were wonderful, never had any issues. I would recommend.
