We recently completed a transaction with Cheryl Monahan at Clark County Title, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Cheryl came across as unprofessional and rude, showing little patience for our questions and responding in a curt, dismissive manner that made us feel disrespected. Additionally, we encountered a troubling situation regarding escrow funds. Due to needing to consolidate funds from two accounts, we ended up with excess money in the escrow account. Cheryl said that she will send the surplus funds to the sellers, which we found to be highly unethical. This caused unnecessary stress during an already sensitive process, and based on this experience, I think that she is a liability to Clark County Title. The only reason this review is not a one-star is due to Erica

Carolina was very responsive, took the time to find out what I needed and offered additional services, which it turns out that I needed. The turnaround time was shorter than expected and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Clark County Title Co.
