I highly recommend Clarity. Everyone should be using them!! From the perspective of serving on the board, they make my job easier. We ask for something to be done and they handle it from start to finish.Things actually get done! I can rely on them knowing the laws and facts to help our board be in compliance. The absolute worst. Every time I call the receptionist is extremely rude before I even say anything. I followed instructions from my landlord but the property management wants to cause nothing but trouble. Makes me hate living here. They create a very hostile and fearful environment with sole focus on profit. They will tow your car from your own parking space with no warning and make you pay $600 to get the car back even when you aren’t breaking any rules. I had a parking pass visible on my car, and parked in my own stall. I paid for my tags and was waiting on their arrival in the mail still one week after their expiration and my car was towed in the middle of the night. Clarity Management is above and beyond on maintaining the HOA I live in. They are always on top of issues within the community and are professional and consistent. It is really nice to finally have a great HOA that is looking after our small community. I highly recommend Clarity - specifically Michalene Everett - for anything HOA related in the Fresno and surrounding areas.

I live in a gated community managed by Clarity. My experience with their management style, particularly regarding parking enforcement, has been terrible. We have had three separate incidents where family vehicles were towed or targeted aggressively. In one instance, they admitted it was an error, and in another, the vehicle was damaged during the process. Resolving these issues was a nightmare and required significant escalation on my part to get them to follow proper protocol. Clarity has created a very stressful environment for residents here. Their vendors seem prioritized over the residents they are supposed to serve. I strongly advise avoiding any properties managed by this company.

Clarity took over from a management company of thirteen years that was not doing anything. Just their positive attitude brought in fresh air. Repairs have been addressed TIMELY! Excellent company and personnel.
