Ray was recommended to me by my really good friend, who Ray helped him to buy a house. I met over a lunch and his positive attitude convinced me to work with him. This was my first time buying a house so he was patient with me, explained everything and walked me through each step of home buying process. I ended up buying a house under asking price with a free solar lease :) The best thing I like about Ray is that he doesn't rush you to buy anything. He is honest (hard to find honest people these days). He also gave me some advises which other agents might not give their clients. I had a wonderful experience working with Ray. Ray is the best! He helped us purchasing our first house, and we had a great experience! Ray was always available (any day, at any time), he explained us everything we needed to know, he never hesitated when we asked (many!) questions.
