Do not pay attention to these negative reviews!!! I have prior experience with Claridge and can honestly say I’ve never met a more professional management team that truly cares about the well being of its residents and the property. These folks go way above and beyond what other complexes do in terms of service, maintenance, and responsiveness to their residents. If you’re looking for a great place to call home in Huntsville, Claridge is for you.

Phenomenal place to live! The units are charming and clean. Lee Ann, the property manager, goes above and beyond and is super responsive. The community at the Claridge is friendly and respectful.

If there is any type of mold in a unit. It should be addressed IMMEDIATELY. That is not something to play around with as it can cause serious health issues. Either address it, offer the tenant a new unit, or let them move out of it altogether. But to do nothing is absolutely unacceptable! Please do better Claridge. I went to visit someone and was appalled with what I saw. UPDATE: Replied saying they have no record of me as a visitor. How would you know who I’ve visited and when? There’s no sign in sheet when you visit someone. Just fix it!

Absolutely horrible, don’t even waste your time. This place had mold, will have you feeling sick and dizzy. Honestly wish I could give them no stars. Price may seem good but don’t fall for it

Never had any problems and still live here. Excellent maintenance personnel too!
