Clarendon Court Apartments

I am going thru a thing with them now and I may edit this later with full details once this is over but all I can say is like the other low reviewers have said, the management is absolutely horrendous and disgusting. I am in the process or THOUGHT I was in process of lease termination due to the uninhabitable unit (which if that is the case you can terminate your lease early) and as of now I believe the area property manager has ghosted me. The situation led me to go the hospital. They are unbelievably rude, extremely difficult to get a hold of, when you do, they give you the vaguest, the most unclear answer as possible. The way my situation has been handled was wrong on so many levels it's not even funny. Anyone who considered moving here but didn't, you all dodged a massive bullet. I wis

I came in for an apartment tour at what seemed to be such a busy time, as the manager there was already helping four other people at time. I motioned for a pen and paper to leave my information to set up another time to visit, but was asked to hold just one moment and she would be right with me. The wait was not long at all and I am glad I stayed :) The tour was great and the lady (her name slips my mind, but she is rather tall and was dressed in such a classy way) who helped me was friendly, knowlegable and professional.

Their garbage area is currently feeding a colony of rats. These rats have Infested our whole block and they won’t do anything

My experience with Clarendon Court has been great so far. The application process took a little bit of time, but they were very on top of it, and always kept me updated. The property manager, Ebony, has been nothing but helpful to me. Any maintenance requests I have, they make sure to get them fixed asap. They were very accommodating with my move in requests as well.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is disgusting, and management is unresponsive and clearly doesn’t care. I’ve tried working with them to resolve issues, but they have no interest in helping. Many people I know who live here feel the same way, but they’re stuck because they can’t afford to move. Don’t move here—they don’t care about their residents. INFESTED WITH ROACHES 🪳
