I'm very grateful to manager Jenni Ramirez. Since she arrived, the building has completely changed. Everything is cleaner and more organized; there's always someone in the office answering our messages. I'm very happy to live here. I’ve lived in the claremont apartments for about 6 months now and in the time I’ve lived here i have felt nothing but welcomed, the office manager (Jenny) and the rest of the office staff have gone above and beyond to make one feel like part of the community and to resolve any concerns like that occur looking forward to many more years!

I have enjoyed my stay Claremont Apartment I have been living here for 6 years the building is very clean and secure, very happy to live here! All neighbors are quiet and respectable. The team has been great. Laura Zumarraga Property manager has been wonderful, providing great recommendations on the area. She was so welcoming and made feel right at home the Maintenance always came and fixed/resolved/addressed some repairs at our apartment. I've lived at the Claremont for 3 years now and I have nothing but good things to say about this building. Laura, Taylor, Arlen, Bill and Mike have been so helpful, attentive, and respectful. The staff at the Claremont truly care about their residents well being and concerns. I honestly could not ask for a better team to run this building. I truly appreciate the hard work you all do.
