I personally stay out here now and I feel unsafe there’s no security. I had someone touch my car as well as other people state their car has been broken into. They don’t clean maintenance doesn’t fix anything and they continue to lie about it. Trash is piled up and no one puts it in the compactor. It’s just trash all in front of the building very disappointed.

Place is a 5 star hotel for roaches…residents are nasty as hell leaving their trash on the side of the road instead of putting it in the compartment. Maintenance sucks….they claim to fix stuff just for it to break down a month later sometimes they never come to fix what is needed. There is never no security when needed and every where u turn u seeing a whole crew smoking weed. Office staff is nice they’re not rude yet welcoming.

I stay here now it’s not a bad place, but they do not fix anything and will not fix anything and will lie to you

I was looking to live in this community. Called to discuss my application and spoke with Vicky. As I was talking, she hung the phone up. No callback and did not answer when I tried calling back. Very unprofessional. Waste of $225. I've been with my current community for 9 years here in Florida and was looking forward to a move but now I'll just stay where I'm at. Disgusted.

Poor management! Never on time! Favoritism of tenants! Buildings full of moisture,mildew and mold! Unsanitary and unsafe environment! Breaking into cars as well as other frequent police involved situations!!! Would not recommend👎🏻
