Clairmont at Perry Creek

I would like to share more about the building 5101. I am single mother of 4 kids and I am doing everything in my power to get out of this nasty apartment. DO NOT MOVE IN THIS BUILDING IT IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES! These are not regular roaches it is GERMAN ROACHES, please do your research before moving into this building. I have been in contact with Shelli which has completely disappointed me. I had the opportunity to speak with the apartments that have moved out which all confirmed they left due to the infestation. Numerous of people have notified them of this and nothing has been done except more leases being signed and nothing to resolve the roaches. Terminix has not resolved the issue but come with a water base chemical to make matters worse! I have found my own chemicals and cleaning

My mother and I lived here for 1 year in 2025 and I can't give them higher praise.Shelly and Jeanie made moving in a breeze and were there when needed.The Maintenance crew was top notch.If needed,which was very rare,they were there at the drop of a hat! Gene is a tenant's dream of a Maintenance Man!!!! I can't praise the crew enough.They kept the complex clean as a whistle! We really hated to leave, but if not for unforeseen matters,we would still be there.I never saw a roach,mouse or any other pests.I never had any crime problems and our neighbors were a pleasure.I would highly recommend Clairmont at Perry Creek for a very pleasurable place to live.On a scale of 1 to 10,I'd give them an 11!!!!

I, Angela Battle have been residing at Clairmont on Perry Creek for over 2 years, and the atmosphere is lovely. Quiet, well maintained, and very professional. I would recommend the complex to my all my family, and friends

On year two with no issues. Maintenance request always completed in a timely manner and always get a call either when they’re on the way or letting me know it’s been completed! Only downfall (management company) don’t work with current tenants when renewing lease. Thank you Shelley and Jeannie. You ladies are amazing!

I’ve had an amazing experience at Clairmont at Perry Creek Apartments! The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the grounds are always beautifully kept. The staff is friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents’ needs. Any maintenance requests I’ve had were handled quickly and professionally. The location is perfect close to shops, restaurants, and everything you need while still feeling peaceful and tucked away. Parking is easy, and the community amenities are excellent and always in great condition. Overall, Clairmont at Perry Creek truly feels like home. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable, and well-managed place to live in Raleigh!
