Clairmont at Jolliff Landing

I had a great experience living at this apartments. Aliana and her team were always very helpful, professional, and friendly. The apartment itself was well kept, and any repairs I requested were handled promptly. The common areas were always clean and well maintained, making the community a pleasant place to live. I also appreciated having Amazon lockers on site as it made receiving packages so convenient. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay here and would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and well managed home.

I rarely leave negative reviews and would much rather resolve issues privately. However, after multiple unsuccessful attempts to be heard by management, I sadly feel my only option is to share this experience to warn others who may be considering moving here. We relocated from out of state and signed a temporary lease. At move-in, we paid prorated rent for the final week of the month and set up autopay for future payments. Despite receiving a confirmation screen, the autopay did not process as expected due to what appears to be a synchronization issue between the mobile app and the desktop online portal. While troubleshooting, we discovered that payment information entered through the mobile login did not carry over to the desktop portal, which we believe caused the issue. We were not no

My fiancé and I just moved into this beautiful complex over the weekend. The move in process was so simple, quick, and easy and we are in love with our unit. It was extremely clean when we first walked in and we had a couple of maintenance problems which were dealt with and fixed within 12 hours of informing the front office. Such amazing work and service! The complex is so clean and quiet and I am just growing to love this place more and more each day I’m living here. Plus, Morgan was so sweet when we signed papers and were given our keys! I cannot wait to spend more time here.

Do yourself a favor and do not move in here! They will charge you for everything when you move out. I was never late 1 month and left my apartment clean. They.are trying to charge me 5000.00 -for move out fees. The carpets had wear and tear when I moved in from the tenants before me - they said they do notchange carpets but every 7-10 years (gross)- I guess when they finally do they charge the tenant who is moving out. We lived there for 2 years - the amenities are for show- they are never working- playstation- tvs - gameroom. People cookout _leaving the grill area filthy - balloons and trash everywhere- the homeless find a home on the outside couch and enter the gym to find a place to sleep.
