Clairmont at Farmgate

I lived at Clairmont at Farmgate for over 2.5 years and overall, it was a positive experience. The office staff is incredibly responsive, and the maintenance team is a huge highlight. Most of my requests were handled within 1–2 days; any longer delays were strictly due to supplier issues. The team is always respectful and happy to help. The value here is excellent. I received one month of free rent when I moved in, and they actually offered another month free every time I renewed my lease. Over 2.5 years, I only experienced one rent increase. Jessica at the front office is an angel! She walked me through the process and after speaking with her I decided to apply. I was approved in a matter of about 30 minutes!! She told me next steps and the rest is history!!! I appreciate her so much!!! In all my years of renting, I’ve never been able to have a relationship with the PROPERTY MANAGER!! She literally handled everything from day one. She made sure she answered all of my questions before I signed. I think what sealed the deal with this complex was hearing her talk to a resident that had a concern. She was patient and kind and very reassuring. If you’re wondering about this place or thinking about moving here just do it!!! They take care of you here!!

The community is kept clean. The staff are very professional and pleasant. The apartment layout is nice. The apartment has a washer and dryer. The location and community are nice, everyone keeps to themselves. However, my apartment was on the main floor and infested with disgusting BUGS. Literally almost every day i was killing, Centipedes, Millipedes as long as my pinky, Pill Bugs at least 10 every day, Water BUGS almost the size of my thumb, Spiders and an infestation of Fruit Flies which i could not get rid of. The exterminator they provided had no clue what he was doing. Whatever he sprayed did nothing. If they would get rid of the BUGS Clairmont at Farmgate would be a very nice place to live.

Wow - I don't know where to start with this post. I've had quite the experience over the last 4 years living at Clairmont at Farmgate. From the constant car break-in's, the drug bust at one of the other buildings right around the corner, the ever-increasing rent since moving in .. I can go on and on about the craziness that is has been living here. Best way to summarize is to provide a quick story of what I was told when my car was broken into. As this was the second time this had occurred within the GATED complex mind you, I went down to the leasing office to ask if they'd seriously consider installing video cameras around the parking lots, as they are all out in the open and the only camera currently is the one by the exit gate near building 7001 (which was ALWAYS broken or removed enti

Mario made my move in a breeze. Love the community, the cleanliness of the property and apartment. He was professional and patient. Thank you for allowing me to be resident of a great community.
