Clairmont at Chesterfield

I have been at Clairmont for a year now everything started off great. It was my first time living alone since I left college. Things started going downhill after the first few months. The gates are always open/broken, I chose this apartment because of the safety that the gated community was supposed to provide as well as I am paying for that being in the apartment complex. I have not felt safe since moving in. My packages have gotten stuck in the Amazon hub multiple times, and our lease is almost over and we still have not gotten our second mailbox key. Leasing office staff is rude and not helpful especially Lisa, she is extremely disrespectful and always has an attitude. They blew up my roommate and I’s phone while we were at work. I am so happy to have moved to this complex! It has been nothing but great since we moved in. The apartment was cleaner than any apartment I have moved into before, the apartments are spacious, affordable without being a shoebox, the amenities are excellent and well maintained, and all of the staff are wonderful (especially Lisa)! As if this wasn't all good enough the complex is beautiful and sometimes we get views like this one 😍 I would say it's worth looking at if you are in search of a new apartment.

The apartment is very beautiful and spacious. The landscaping is well maintained and it's a pleasure to walk around the community. I love our resident geese and ducks. I love my new home.

My moving experience was excellent. The problems I had was solved right away with no wait time. Ila was professional and personable. That is why I give this moving in a five star.

Everyone in the office is very friendly. Ila is amazing. She made sure everything was done properly and made sure that I was happy with the apartment that she showed me. My neighbors were welcoming. The community is quiet and the grounds are very well maintained. I had the pleasure of meeting James with the Maintenance team… very nice . I couldn’t be happier with the decision of moving to Clairmount at Chesterfield.
