My experience so far at Clairmont @ B.C has been nothing short of amazing! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and valued. The atmosphere here is peaceful, safe, and truly feels like home. I am completely at ease and confident in my decision to move here. The leasing team has been exceptional—especially Ms. Sharonette. She is warm, attentive, and genuinely cares about residents. Frank provided outstanding maintenance service while repairing my dishwasher. He was professional, courteous, and efficient throughout the entire process. What I appreciated most was his commitment to ensuring the repair was completed properly. He returned after his scheduled work hours to personally double-check that everything was functioning correctly before leaving for the day. His attention to detail, strong work ethic, and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed. It is clear that he takes pride in his work and cares about the residents he serves. I relocated from NY in 2019, and I simply love my apartment. The office staff, at that time were so easy to work with, especially Dion McLamb. He made my move smooth and pleasant. The other office staff Ms Pamela, Ms Jessica, were pleasant and equally helpful. The Maintenance Staff is very attentive to request in a timely manner, which I appreciate, especially living alone. As you can see, I really love my living space. This, for me, is my forever home.

We recently received some snow, and I have to express a big thanks to our maintenance team for taking care of our walkways, the steps etc. They were out and about clearing the walkways and shoveling as much as they could. I would also like to say thanks to the office staff for ensuring that someone was also focusing on clearing the driveways as well.
