Ever since housing authority left H.U.D. and brought added Bluebonnet Gardens /Bahia properties, it's gone downhill. Especially with inept property managers.That's why there isn't enough money to keep properties up to date anymore. Your call housing authority to make a complaint and they refer you right back to the bluebonnet/bahia company. They even took a lot of the tenants rights away. H. U. D. wouldn't allow any of this to happen.

Yall suck I been living here for 2 year and yall roaches here all I do is clean like eww it nasty 😤 . Not very healthy
Been waiting for a a new stove since 2020 never got one
Very clean and well kept. Linda was very knowledgeable and helped ease my nervousness 👍
