Claire Tower LLC

So this place needs a 10 star because everything about Claire tower is great. I’ve meant a lot of great people here as my neighbor. The landlord Jessica is amazing at her job and responds to every questions or emails you have. She is attentive and hardworking, she deserves a raise. The maintenance man’s are very hardworking and they are very attentive to whatever problem is going on in your unit they will get the job done. The rent is AFFORDABLE and everything is included except internet which is not expensive at all! Claire is walking distance to downtown vista, 5 points and USC campus. Claire is a snatch, I highly recommend staying here 😊

I have been living here for over 7 years and I have had nothing but a great experience. The staff is very nice. The office is always nice. Jessica is great and always helpful! Maintenance Mr. Willy is always on point and very knowledgeable. Great place to live in downtown Columbia.

I am a retired professional and have lived here for 16 months. I can say that the location is outstanding, the building is quiet, and the rent includes utilities. While solid, the building was completed in 1951 and is dated. However, I have never seen an insect and they spray monthly. I recommend Claire Tower. It's a great place to live.

Great staff affordable rent and a decent atmosphere

I lived there for two years. Overall I would say it's a good choice considering the location, price, and other factors. If you go to USC or work downtown, this place is really convenient. I walked 10-15 min to USC. Parking space is not free but if you commute you will figure out a solution. The building is generally quiet and safe, although occasionally in midnight some neighbor may talk loudly. Actually, the fridge and AC in the room make more sound than outside noise. You will get used to them anyway. Bugs (mostly cockroaches) were not an issue. I did see them everyday but keeping the AC on and the cold air will help control their population. I doubt the monthly pest control was ever effective. The management is not the best but is OK for me. I got all my deposit back, pleasantly surpris
