Clagett Enterprises Inc.

We had an HOA meeting last week and I told Danielle and all the board members that my neighbor‘s vehicle was hit one of the board members stated he was targeted but nobody else Vehicle was damage. I gave Danielle the time that this incident happened and it seems like they did not want to go in the closet to pull the tape. I really think the board members need to lose their attitude and have some more compassion for homeowners who pay their HOA’s around 400 a month on time.

Do Not sign a Lease, without consulting with a real estate attorney, FIRST. My experience with Jennifer Pascal, a property manager with Clagett Enterprises Inc. was very disappointing. An attorney confirmed that I was offered a Lease agreement that contained multiple inaccuracies and clauses that were inconsistent with Maryland Landlord–Tenant Law. The document included typographical errors and provisions that were not updated or corrected when brought to attention. For example, one clause stated that I would be responsible for rodents and pests that may show up inside of the Townhouse, after 48 hours of occupancy. Which raised significant concerns / red flags. Additionally, during the property's Showing, I was informed that tenants would not be responsible for maintaining the small

No stars. First off, the birds are laying nests in my patio, and I am 80 years old. I am not able to clean that out myself. Secondly, somebody allowed their dog to poop right by the entry way of the main door. This is disgusting. I am tired of the lack of care and consistency of the people on this board. I am very upset. I only pay $200 a month condo fee. See pictures below.

Terrible. They are not cooperative, rude, and very impersonal. They manage our HOA in Frederick City and have never been good to communicate with. Only getting worse which I didn't think was possible.

Very costly monthly for a association where pool and clubhouse no longer in use. Also not more proactive in having dead beat tenants pay their fair share and allow other tenants to make frivolous complaints while not recognizing that those tenants are the problem and create at times criminal actions and dangerous situations where tenants can fear walking to their homes. On good side while responsive tend to not have more meetings to discuss issues like security cameras due to crime in area.
