Cameron is great! We hired him on a Friday morning for a pre-purchase home inspection, mold, air quality and thermal imaging testing, and he did not disappoint! He arrived well before our appointment time to inspect the exterior of the home, was very thorough in all levels of the interior, spotting things we missed (that an ordinary, “non-inspector” person would see). He is very professional and undoubtedly knows his stuff! His final report, with the lab results, was to us the next day, THANK YOU!! Will definitely hire him again for the re-inspection & any future inspections!

Initially Cameron gave us what seemed to be a pretty thorough inspection. The home we purchased had a total of 3 inspections performed by him. On the first two he gave very detailed information in regards to the floor being a hazard and suggested that an engineer inspect and give their opinion before he would pass them because of obvious sloping and the foundation being incorrect. For the 3rd inspection the sellers were his point of contact because they were paying for the last one. Miraculously they passed inspection because he said they provided documentation from the city inspector from 2024. He also said “they’ve included a year warranty so that should give you some peace of mind”. In addition to the floor the smoke detectors were constantly beeping which he said the batteries needed
