Rented from another management company and this one took over. Gave me 1 month to move out so they can move in a staff member. When I moved out I asked for an additional day since I had to go back to work and still had to clean the apartment. Came back cleaned it left it in nicer then when I moved in. Now I’m getting charged 1100 for fees that don’t make sense. $265 for pest removal even though I told them about the bee problem. 250$ for smoke mitigation. ( I smoked a cigarette while moving my stuff out, I know I shouldn’t have but I was in a hurry and didn’t think.) 250$ for cleaning fee (since smoke mitigation people made a mess when they came in. My fault how?) $83.87 for 2 day aces for cleaning? $41.94 for 1 day pest access $167.74 for prorated rent from October 1st- October 4th Mind y

Christian and I had corresponded through Facebook for a couple weeks.. My boyfriend, roommate at myself had looked at an apartment and decided we were interested. He said I needed 3 application with a $20 fee per person,which he didn't tell me about at first But still,no problem! I got the application printed and asked him where I should send the money order along with the application. No response. So I tried again the next day. Again, no response. By the end of that day, the apartment had been listed as (SOLD) on the market place . He didn't even tell me another tenant was interested. Very unprofessional and very unresponsive!
