Do not trust them!! Every place I had seen has either bedbugs, cockroaches or a mice infestation and they won’t tell you about the problem either so be very careful and look closely!! They do not fix anything unless you threaten to put your money into escrow they will also try and squeeze every penny out of you! I knew I shouldn't have gone with this company my friend warned me not to she has 3 kids and the place they lived had lead, cockroaches and mice!they didn’t want to do anything about it then they evicted them! I’m Posting anonymously because I’m still renting and I’m looking for a new place I’ve only been here for 6 months! DO NOT RENT OR BUY FROM THEM!

Waiting on the paperwork of proof to come in but my sons doctor just called me and told me the apartment that’s at 999 east high street in Springfield Ohio that I rented for a year and a half is riddled with lead per investigation of the Clark county health department my sons lead level was a 18.3 while living at that place which infact also has cockroaches and a mice infestation the dr said that is the reason why my son is behind, do not rent from them!!
