Citywide rental is a good place. If you need any rent property or anything that therefore you they get to work done the maintenance man get your job done. They don’t take them all day. I love citywide Rental I would rent for them anytime.

I am extremely disappointed with Citywide Rental. My son and I applied for a house and provided two real jobs with legitimate check stubs. They even verified the employment directly with the owner, yet still claimed his check stubs were fake and denied his application. Not only was the denial unfair and insulting, but they also kept our application fee despite having all the correct information. This was a complete waste of time and money. Their process feels unprofessional, disrespectful, and misleading. I would not recommend Citywide Rental to anyone looking for honest and reliable housing management.

Dont rent from this company, they are slum-lords if you have problems in your unit from leaks to problems with the radiator the maintenance department will tell you theyll get things done, then start ignoring your requests for maintenance & ignoring your calls. They are an untrustworthy company.

This office manager has a poor approach and not to mention lack appreciation for the people renting or applying! I had such a terrible experience and seemed like they were just applicant preying on fees and pointless approval process but no properties available to meet there own criteria!
