Citywide Property Management

I am currently a tenant at one of city wide properties and let me tell you this rating would have been a 1 but TAMMY & Addison are awesome and make up for all the downsides! I had a maintenance request for a clogged toilet that was submitted on the July 3rd. Nobody reached out to me and the downside was it took 2 days to hear something until the clogged toilet finally flooded my floors and my daughter room and my sons room. With stories of mold creating in floors and the wood floors I knew I had to reach out to Addison. She reached out to Tammy who is the head of maintance and that same day she had the plumbing company come out and the carpet cleaning and is already following something up to get my floors fixed. No cost to me and making sure we are taken care of. these ladies are hands dow

I finally got a replacement stove after about a month of reporting that my oven wasn’t working. The replacement stove was taken from another until and put into mine. Which is fine but they didn’t even bother to wipe it down. It was so nasty. I complain on that and they just had somebody come the next day to clean it and it still looked about the same minus the food that was on it. You can never get ahold of anybody from that office. They take forever to complete any maintenance issues. I can go on and on. First 4 pic are the before last 3 pics are the after

Neighbors cut up nightly, even going so far as to blocking us in our own driveway!! It’s not the nice quiet neighborhood any more, management doesn’t care unless someone who looks like me is disturbing the peace.. then u get a phone call…it’s almost 4am, cars are in the street blocking me in and behind my car…unreal

Turned in my notice to move out after not hearing back about extending my lease and being charged month to month pricing. Called to make sure they got my notice to vacate and never heard a response now I’m being charged over 4,000 for rent and now have an eviction on my rental history when I was not even in a lease for those months or living at the property. I have tried several times to get in contact with someone they always take a message and never return the call now it’s on my credit report and I have to do more work to get it removed. Definitely don’t rent from here.

Scammed out of deposit! Lived in their property for 2 years and loved it (other than the maintenance being terrible landlord never responding.) Have proof of statement in my lease I would receive my deposit back. Was told house was left in good (about perfect) condition. Have been lied to since JULY that my “deposit will be mailed tomorrow.” It’s almost December now and still nothing. I spoke with previous tenants who lived there before me and they never received theirs either. What makes it so bad is every time I contact them they lie and tell me it’s being mailed out. Last time I spoke with the landlord I told her if I do not receive it at this point I will have to take them to small claims court. She then accuses me of threatening her??? Then states AGAIN “it will be sent out tomorrow”.
