Cityside Apartments

NOT IT AT ALL! Even though this is a dangerous area and of course not worth what we were already paying, the new owners have raised the price everything possible (rent, laundry, etc.) and haven’t bothered adding any extra value to the community. Even streets alone, it took 2 MONTHS for them to get this trash and leaves off of our steps. It was so bad you couldn’t see the bottom step. The “gym” has had the same dilapidated machines since before I moved here and there are literally only like 4 of them. Most maintenance workers do half of their job and leave papers and tools in your apartment, that’s if you’re lucky enough for them to not leave your lights on like they did me or leave your door unlocked like they did to my neighbor. Very nice place. The buildings do not have elevators or I would give 5 stars. Staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Diamond is the best!! She made my move in process super easy and simple and was extremely helpful. If I had any questions or issues I was able to reach out to her and she got back to me quickly! Maintenance team is also very helpful and fast any issues I’ve had got resolved within 24 hours.

I moved in 4 months ago, GREAT staff, Ms. Kelli an Ms.Tomika were very nice a welcoming I received lots of help right away with anything I asked. Nice clean neighborhood, but things are not as displayed the pool is not accessible yet. I was not aware of that upon moving in Doorbell does not work so you will have to go downstairs every time you have a guest. The gym is much smaller than what’s online also there is on site laundry but only 1 per apartment building so you will have to be patient. Maintenance does not fix the problem unless it’s a major problem if it’s minor, the maintenance will literally tell you how to fix it yourself. Last but not least my RENT constantly goes up I received a “deal” with my move in but my rent is a different price every month. I am almost paying $200 more

The office staff were friendly and courteous. However they need to be allowed to be fully honest. Looking back I can see the woman was trying to warn me, but couldn't... that Mills would take my money for the application knowing they would reject me
