Cityscape Residences

CityScape Residences is an absolutely beautiful place to live, but what truly makes it feel like a white-glove luxury experience is the people.. especially Desiree. I had just moved back to Arizona during a difficult time in my life and was navigating some major changes. Desiree immediately understood that and met me with genuine empathy, professionalism, and care. She went above and beyond to accelerate all the paperwork, answered every question with confidence (like she had everything memorized), and made the entire move-in process incredibly smooth and stress-free. Even when reserved parking spaces were extremely limited, she put in extra effort to find me one right outside the elevator. I knew it wasn’t easy and completely understood how tight things were, but she still made it happe

I've lived here for a few years (I've lived in two different apartments within the building, changing from a 1BD to 2BD when I needed additional space) and it's been overall one the best renting experiences I've ever had. Hassle free and prompt maintenance from Devan and the rest of the team whenever an issue pops up, with friendly and responsible team members. The apartments themselves are fantastic and the location is great (half a block from a grocery store, plenty of things to do and restaurants within walking distance).

I’ve been here for 3 1/2 years, including through the transition to the new property management company. I will say that they have kept their word in regards to making improvements. Unfortunately, there aren’t a lot of amenities here, but I can’t say that has anything to do with the current property management company. They got rid of the lockers for the packages, that would be my only actual complaint. Luckily, you have respectful neighbors so I have never had a package stolen. Chelsey & Eddie are my favorites!

I’ve lived at CityScape for 3 months and am thoroughly happy with my decision. The entire staff is excellent between management, maintenance, housekeeping, and security! Prior to moving in, I toured with Dom, who was absolutely fantastic to work with. I toured many other properties and not only was Cityscape the most well kept property with extremely beautiful apartments, but Dom was by far the best apartment tour guide I have ever had (and I have toured many, many apartments). He was more than happy to show me the apartment a second time in a single day so that I could take a video and soak it all in! I have no complaints and highly recommend living here!

Great place to live, super close to everything you could ever need. What really makes it is the staff—Dom, Kel, Shelby, and Eddi—,always available to help whenever you have a question or problem and throwing awesome resident events. Extra shoutout to Dom always being ready with a dog treat for Gizmo when we go on our walks.
