I stopped by to view a one bedroom and spoke with the new assistant manager Rochelle and she helped me with all of my questions. I have a family member who lives here and my favorite spot is the pool. It’s so dope! This is a nice property fa sho.

I spoke to Sherrell today, the property manager about a 1 bedroom. She was extremely kind and I look forward to coming in for a tour ASAP! The pool caught my eye! The location is a great commute to my job. Excellent staff. She made me feel like family. That’s not usual when looking for a place to live! I recommend EVERYONE to check the property out.

I recently toured Cityscape Apartments and was thoroughly impressed! The leasing agent Ariel was friendly, very knowledgeable, providing all the information I needed. She provided exceptional service and answered all my questions in detail. The apartments are spacious and well-designed, with modern finishes and plenty of natural light. The amenities are a standout feature, including a laundry room onsite, a beautiful pool area, and inviting common spaces. The complex feels safe and secure. Overall, I highly recommend Cityscape apartments for anyone searching for a new home!

July 16 2025 Beware—Pool Promises Not Kept I’ve lived here long enough to rely on advertised amenities—and the pool closure has been incredibly disappointing. It’s been shut for over a month and a half. Just yesterday, the pool was briefly open during office hours, then closed again despite official signage stating it’s open from 10 AM to 10 PM daily. Whenever I or any resident asks about it, the office staff just say “I’m sorry” with a smug attitude, offering no real explanations or apologies. We pay full rent every month expecting access to amenities like the pool—especially since summer is winding down. Instead, this place has delivered the worst experience I’ve ever had living anywhere. Pool access should not be a mystery or a guessing game. This lack of transparency and disrespect

Thursday I spoke work the property manager Sherrell about the reviews on Cityscape due to myself and my family wanting to move to the property and after to speaking to her, I am excited about moving to Cityscape when my lease is up. She is kind and extremely honest about the property. I believe Cityscape will be a great home for me and my family. Thank you Sherrell for your help and support in the process
