Stayed here for about 1.5 years. It was amazing. I'd moved in from outside the city and Ashley stayed up late to give me my keys and welcome me to the apartment. I had toured virtually and applied straight away. Any maintenance requests were handled promptly, usually within a day. Ashley is a great propery manager and all employees there are wonderful to connect with. I also loved the building events they host every month

What truly elevates CityScape Apartments from just a nice place to live to an amazing home is the outstanding community manager and staff. Specifically, the Community Manager, Terrell, is a superstar. Terrell is the perfect example of a professional and caring manager. Terrell is incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in the well-being and satisfaction of every resident. I had a maintenance request a few weeks ago, and Terrell had the issue resolved the same day with a friendly and efficient maintenance team and made it a priority and maintained a positive attitude always! His proactive communication and attention to detail make me feel valued and secure in my home. The quality of my apartment unit is superb. I have a spacious floor plan, gourmet kitchen and stunning

I live here for 1 year and 3 months. When I moved in, the apartment was dirty, and the microoven was not working. Since then, I requested maintence for at least another 3 times (AC broke down in summer, kitchen sink falled off, toilet didn't flush). I live on the first floor, so I can hear/feel activities from the residents living on the 2nd floor during the day and night. I can tell a new resident moved in shortly after the previous one left based on what I heard. Sometimes I also hear my neighbors phon ring, which I thought it was my phone for a couple of times. When people walk passed my door, I can hear their footsteps and their conversations. All the 3 employees working here when I moved in had left (this may tell something). The price here is not cheap, but they don't even have a

My hubby and I lived at CityScape Apartments in a 2/2 with a balcony for over 7 years, and Ashley and the team were always exceptional and very responsive, even with ownership changes over the years. We needed a pet-friendly place after a relo from another state, and CityScape checked all our boxes when it came to Walkability Score, security, gym, secure mail room, package locker, bike cage, balcony with mountain views and pet amenities. Our poodle mix learned the elevator system down to the dog yard super-quick. We appreciated the strict pick-up-after-your-pet policies. There were also frequent, fun monthly apartment community events like brunch, pizza parties and holiday parties throughout the year. The building was also on the Pride Parade route most years, so we got the unique choic

This is a great place to live (neighbors are great) but the office is not good. The manager seems like he doesnt know what he is doing. He also seems like he is unfriendly and confused about everything. They arent answering the phones and havent been taking care of maintenance issues in a timely manner. Things have majorly gone downhill. I used to feel like this was a place i could come home to and feel like this is my home! Now it feels like a cold building, its disappointing.
