City Watch Apartments

My husband and I completely recommend the City Watch Apartments for anyone looking to live in West Seattle. From our first call to the management office, to moving in, to living here...it's all been so easy and exactly what we were looking for. The property manager, Mario has a big part in making City Watch Apartments run as smoothly as they do. He is almost always around on sight to answer questions or help with issues and he he isn't actually on-sight, he's a quick email away and responds very quickly. Moving is hard and finding a great apartment is even harder, but City Watch Apartments has done a great job and we highly recommend them as a great place to live.

We had an excellent experience living here. We’ve truly never had a better experience with a property manager and team. Mario, along with Ed and Mary, go above and beyond and treat residents like neighbors, not just tenants. Any time we had a maintenance request or needed help with anything at all, it was handled quickly and professionally. The property is always clean, well-maintained, and clearly cared for. What really sets this place apart is how personal the experience feels—they genuinely know the tenants and make an effort to build real relationships. We always felt well taken care of and would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for a place that feels like home.

I lived at City Watch for 2 years and it was a great experience! Mario is great at giving residents ample notice for anything happening in the complex, and the maintenance staff is friendly and addresses issues quickly. I've always felt safe living here, and the building is perfectly situated between so many grocery stores if you ever need to go on a late night trip that's a short walk away. Very easy to get to bus stop into downtown Seattle and easy to walk to the Junction. The rent is very affordable for living with a roommate and there is ample living space in the 2bed/2bath. The parking garage is also secure for residents. Highly recommend!

Alright, let’s be real, apartment hunting can be rough. But holy smokes am I glad I found City Watch! Top three things that stand out here: 1) Gotta shout out the maintenance team! They get it done! 2) Mario in the leasing office is an absolute gem and goes above and beyond for us residents. 3) You can’t beat the location!

I highly recommend City Watch for anyone looking to live right in the Alaska Junction with affordable rent and a spacious unit. The building is 30+ years old, and the units aren’t the most modern, but the building is well kept and the manager and maintenance staff are responsive and proactive at keeping up with repairs and cleaning. I lived at City Watch for over 6 years in both a 1 and 2 bedroom unit, and have loved it. If I hadn’t bought a home I would still live there. Other newer buildings in the area have higher rents for much smaller units. It was important for me to rent at a lower rate for a larger unit but still get the benefits of being steps away from California avenue and 4 grocery stores! I will miss that. The neighbors are very friendly but quiet. It’s a nice mix of young and
