City View Lofts

My roommate and I moved to City View Lofts in March after seeing the apartment we now live in on a tour and falling in love with it. I love the area, Madison in the office is very kind, and on the surface, the apartment was absolutely amazing. Right when we moved in, the dishwasher broke. Okay, fine. We submitted a maintenance ticket, they showed up the next day and said they had to order a part for it. We didn't have a working dishwasher for the entire first month's rent. On top of that, we have two AC units in our apartment since it's 3 stories, and they started taking turns going out throughout the summer - once during the heat wave where it was over 90 degrees on the top floor. We lived here for almost 3 years and only left because rent jumped up with all of the new construction coming to an end. We loved it though. Maintenance is so attentive and kind! The management team did swap out during our last few months being there which did cause a hiccup with our lease renewal process. The old management also accidentally but wrongfully charged us for insurance for MONTHS before fixing it and refusing to refund the charges due to it being through a third party. Under new management, every concern was resolved in the best way possible. They really care and work with you. I regret leaving. This place is amazing. We look forward to moving back here ASAP.

This is a review about custromer service and resoinsiveness. I lived here in 2020 and the address is saved in my phone. Needless to say one of my Christmas gifts was delivered here accidentally. Nicole Brette with the front office save my 2025. When I called she answered, when I emailed she answered, and whne I asked her to drop my package off at FedEx she delivered. Great job and thank you to her. This is the customer service I expect from any apartment complex!.

I lived at City View for several years. While things started off positive, the experience deteriorated after a management change. The gated complex became unsecured when the gates were removed instead of repaired. There was even a shooting on-site, and management never addressed it or implemented any new safety measures. Car break-ins became frequent, building doors were often broken, and safety was a growing concern. My apartment had a roof leak for nearly a year. Despite multiple maintenance requests, brown water continued to leak through the ceiling. I wasn’t the only one—there was visible water damage in other parts of the complex, too.
