City View Landing Town Houses look great on the outside but horrible in the inside. There are only one Maintenance guy since the end of 2024. It is now March2025. and is still only one Maintenance guy. they haven’t hired a maintenance guy. It has been nine months now with only one Maintenance guy for three different buildings show the inside of everybody’s apartment is falling apart from the ceiling, sewage and water back up mildew smell in Homes from sewage back up inside the houses apartments out here need a lot of work in the inside of everyone’s apartment. You have dog feces all over the grass

Management used to be good .. now its terrible.. no one replies to complaints. Nobody cares. Property looks nice... very deceptive...

I waited 8 years to be called only to be misled that we were approved. Long. Long Long paper work process only to be denied.

I built the stairs and install the piping in the building good job
