This property has truly been a wonderful place to call home. The community is clean, welcoming, and well cared for. Moving to Nashville felt much easier because of it! The Assistant Property Manager, Wil, has been amazing from day one. Anytime I have had a question or needed help with maintenance, he has handled it quickly and followed through. He has helped track down missing packages and always takes the time to check in. He is also so kind to my pup, which means more than he probably knows. It is rare to have someone who genuinely cares about the residents and the property the way he does. We are all very thankful to have him here! Add photos

I’ve loved my apartment for 3 years. The reason they lose a star is due to poor communication from management. In the last year, fire alarms have gone off in the middle of the night, one time for more than an hour at 3 am with water gushing out of an apartment, and there was zero follow up or information on what occurred. This is incredibly disrespectful since I was awake for 2 hours with on/off fire alarms on a work night. Wish this was the first time, but similarly it occurred a year prior, also no communication as to the reason. Being abruptly awoken in the middle of the night to a blaring alarm where you may need to evacuate and have no information as to why is scary. Just moved in and absolutely love it here! Huge shout out to Wil in the front office. He made himself available and provided us tours of multiple units. He answered our questions and assisted with move in admin. Great vibes. The unit is gorgeous with high ceilings, a unique layout, and a beautiful view. Convenient parking and location. Love it

City Views current management is incredible! I lived here for a year with a different management team, but when I ran into a problem and needed to go back to get it fixed, Dayna helped me right away. She was quick to respond, and happy to help! It blew me away how great the staff was compared to the old management. I’m so thankful they took the time to help me out, and I don’t even live there anymore. As for the buildings, they are wonderful with tall ceilings, lots of amenities, and a nice community. I will say it tends to get noisy on the weekends, but that is expected in a downtown Nashville apartment!
