City View Apartments at Warner Center

I’ve lived here for a year now. It is truly a great price for what you’re paying for. The gym and pool are great. Lots of families living here in a safe neighborhood. Right next to Warner Center Park and I can walk to Ralph’s and Sprouts from here (or Costco if I’m feeling ambitious). Love the easy access to the freeway. Our apartment is renovated, aesthetic, and functional. The staff is always so friendly and helpful.

I want to raise a safety concern about this apartment community. Recently, I personally observed individuals sleeping in both laundry rooms, and last week I witnessed a non-resident climb over the entry gate and later walk around the property more than once. ★Update: This issue is still ongoing and has not improved. I followed up as requested but could not reach the leasing office directly. This remains a serious concern. I reported this to the leasing office by email and phone, but I have not seen noticeable improvement so far. These incidents have made shared spaces feel less secure than before. I hope management will take this seriously and strengthen security and access control for residents.

Reporting to Fire Department for pile of discarded tenant furniture on the sidewalk. TDisgusting trash furniture discards thrown on the street and left weeks months. It looks like a tenement housing project. Poor management not to get extra garbage containers and break it down. Fire hazard. 2 months later and crap still all over the street. They could pay a person to discard furniture and check daily for more. Rather, they let it sit and try to push towards Warner Woodlands 2x. This is crap management. Looks like east la.

I've lived here almost 3 years and I'm very happy here. The office and maintenance staff are kind and very helpful. Maria is one of the nicest and hardest working women ive ever had the pleasure of knowing as well as Sam who also goes above and beyond to make sure things are running well and taken care of. I've noticed many positive changes which continues to make it a comfortable and safe place to live.
