City Suites

I’ve had an excellent experience renting with City Suites Property Management! From day one, their team has been responsive, understanding, and incredibly professional. Anytime I needed maintenance, they responded promptly—usually within 24 hours, which is impressive in the city! They’ve always been extremely helpful, making my time as a tenant stress-free and enjoyable. I communicated with Shaun frequently, he was awesome—always friendly, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure things were running smoothly. I was so satisfied with their service that I’m genuinely sad to be moving to a different management company. I can't recommend City Suites enough!

I leased with City Suites in my first year moving to Boston. They were fantastic! Any maintenance issues were quickly resolved and one of the office managers even came out to the unit to fix my sink when the maintenance man was booked. I appreciated their responsiveness for even a quick phone call / questions I had throughout my lease. Thank you to the whole team! Highly recommended overall

Beautiful buildings but property Management treats tenants with complete disrespect. They are extortionists. Please read the other reviews and save yourself the stress. Expect rent increases over market price and to be nickel and dimed over everything. EDIT: Based on the Owner's response, I’d like to clarify the reasons behind my rating. This feedback is not related to the lease break, as we fully acknowledge and agreed to the terms surrounding it. However, it's important to highlight that the lease break policies are extremely unreasonable, and I strongly advise anyone considering renting from City Suites to thoroughly review the lease, as management is unyielding—even if you're a responsible tenant. I lived in a City Suites apartment at 7 Henchman for four years. I was really happy with the building, apartment and the management team. Maintenance requests were responded to in a prompt manner and always followed up to make sure things were good after the fact. I only moved out as I had to gain some flexibility in leasing as I will be moving back to Minnesota at some point this year. I would recommend City Suites in the North End, great neighborhood and easy access to many of Boston's main locations.

I’ve lived in a City Suites unit for 3 years now. They are so responsive, quick to solve any issue (and there haven’t been many anyways), and adopted a really convenient online portal a few years back. You get the best of both worlds - an apartment that feels like a home, not inside a huge hotel-esque managed building, with the same amenities and responsiveness. Would stay here longer if I wasn't moving out of state! Be a good tenant and you’ll have a good experience :)
