I have friends who live in one of their buildings. Very unresponsive, don't do repairs and rude. You can read the other reviews to confirm.

Overcharged me on rent 650$ and then claimed they didn’t have my money and I should call my overtenant.

Worse place to live in New York City the mannager Joe and the super are basically useless, don't take the basemant apartment is crazy overprice and has noisy pipes all over the ceiling wich the gonna act like they didn't know and never gonna fix, the gonna lie to you and they gonna overcharge you.... just make yourself a favor and find other place!!!

Awful management. Unresponsive and unhelpful. Had an incident where water was leaking through our ceiling from a broken pipe above, first noticed the issue in October, repeatedly emailed our property manager for help with the leak and took forever to get the issue attended to. The wall and ceiling were simply patched up, no attendance to the root of the issue. End of March, ceiling and walls formed huge water bubbles again from leak, quickly deteriorating to full ceiling breakage and water rushing out from ceiling. Maintenance came by to fix and tore the ceiling open to fix the main issue, but the main management office did not pick up the phone (called multiple times in a row in the middle of business hours) and Brendan (property manager whom we were referred to contact in case of apartme

I’ve lived in one of the buildings City Skyline manages for 2 years now and have been very happy with my experience. As everyone knows, sometimes surprises happen in your apartment and Jake was always accommodating and ensured I was taken very well care of. My super Wilson is also a total gem, he is so incredibly nice and very willing to help should a problem arise. My building was well maintained and clean. Overall, I can’t speak highly enough of Jake and Wilson.
