Ask for Nick Valentine! He was so professional, quick to respond, and flexible. I had to reschedule my first tour with him, and it was no problem- he came back with several more listings in my budget (didn't go over), and worked with us to get the best move in cost possible. When I saw a listing on the City Res site we hadn't toured, he got us a tour the next day. Could not recommend more for a seamless, friendly & professional renting experience.
