City Place Apartments

5/27/2022 Thank you to City Place Apartments for this beautiful grand opening Splash Pool event for all the tenants. I have been here for four years and let me tell you this is the best I've ever seen thank you to the manager the assistant manager and all the maintenance crew for all their hard work this was beautiful kids enjoyed it. Staff amazing management and assistant manager are amazing thank you guys for giving us a beautiful start of our summer thank you to the maintenance crew they're always helping with a big smile.

I have been at city place for over seven years. I could not be more pleased. Any time you rent it is never going to be perfect, but I cannot say enough about the maintenance guys! They are professional and knowledgeable on what they are doing. The office staff, Tiana and April are amazing as well. I am quite happy here!

Do not rent from them, I've been there for a year and now they want me out by the end of the month. Not my fault they didn't apply for a rent increase in the right amount of time. Stay clear of this place Update: The new Property Manager Kristine Watts is worse than the last PM. Very unprofessional, called me back to harass me after charging me $20 for a 7 day pay or quit notice when my rent was paid in full. If you don't take partial payments why take my portion of the rent. You make no sense with your "rules" When you make any changes to a lease you need it in writing AND signed by both parties... The place is full of bugs and the water gets shut off on average, twice a month for no good reason. Also everything is painted over and never replaced. The cabinets are falling apart. The tubs are cracked, the toilets barely work. There is literally nothing good about this place. Oh and did I mention bugs. Tons of bugs and they only respond to about 50 percent of my calls for an exterminator. But the bugs just come right back anyways! It’s disgusting and a disgusting place to live Also I believe all of the 5 star ratings on here where most likely put in by staff or owners to inflate the rating. Nobody could ever possibly give this place 5 stars....

its very cheap among the other apartment complexes around. Apartment are nicely built with maximum space indoors. Have a community pool and a small gym. However GYM can be used only on office hours. So many negative point on this. There is no security gate for the apartment. It has a worst maintainence service. They have four laundry rooms and two of them are out of order for more than 03 months and still to be open. Having too many problems with the bugs. Have a good parking space around the area. Houses are bit old and need some renovation to be done. Unable to recommend this place for good living.
