I used their service a few months ago. I worked with a male real estate agent and I had a housing voucher. Under my voucher I’m not supposed to pay any application fees, but the guy said I had too for the landlord to see my application. They said they accepted housing vouchers but were not following the rules that pertain to them. Well he did give me back my $20 but that was after almost a month. If you guys accepts housing vouchers for your apartment, at least make sure to follow the rules about them.

I once applied for an apartment with these guys and they never called me back. Calling the realtor led to nothing and they have since stopped answer my calls in general. No email or contact telling me what happened??? I wouldn’t recommend for renters at all !!
