Hallways are filthy. When I first moved in, the hallways were spotless — now I realize they just clean up to impress new tenants. Every time I’ve complained, management tells me “staff cleans weekly” (truly the rudest people I’ve ever interacted with). I started taking pics to warn others how poorly they maintain the property and the unsanitary conditions residents are forced to live with. Oh, and my dishwasher has been broken for about 4-5 months now. I’ve just given up on trying to get maintenance to fix anything.

Newly built affordable Family Apartment Community in the Grand Rapids suburbs. The Property is less than one year old & features larger floor plan options. The Community is equipped with a high tech, Watch Tower, 24-hour active monitored camera system as well. The onsite Staff is friendly, knowledgeable & accommodating.

I moved in April 2024 and by July my washing machine broke. Despite dozens of messages to the portal, calls and coming into the office- my washer is still broken. I have spent hundreds of dollars taking my clothes to the laundry mat when this should be included in my amenities. I have requested my rent be reduced given they have no desire to fix it, but staff continues to dismiss or ghost me entirely. I was actually told by staff that maintenance has closed-out my requests on the portal and marked them as completed. Pool never opened over the summer which was disappointing for me and my daughter and the office treated this the same way. Definitely having doubts about renewing my lease for 2025.

I am 30 years of age and this is the first review I have ever left in life. I can not express enough how this was the absolutely worse property I have ever “tried” to rent from. “Tried” is in quotes because I pulled my application as soon as I saw just how unprofessional management is. As I am trying to get an understanding of why I needed to show proof that I don’t own a PayPal account which I already told her that I called PayPal to try to get the silly proof and they informed that there was no way to show proof of something that do not exist , I think her name was Cleo that I was talking to be exact, got upset said some real distasteful things and hung up in my face.. I called back and pulled my application immediately!!! I would never want to move in and give my money to a more unprof

Management is TRASH. I called and left voicemails for WEEKS about moving forward with my application and they never answered my calls or called back after i left PLENTY of voicemails with my name and number.
