City Homes Associates have been extremely helpful in my search for apartment and for settling into life in Boston. As a student at Berklee College of Music I wanted to move into my own place while still close to the school, City Home Associates got me a beautiful and affordable apartment in Back Bay just 5 minutes from the college. Brian my real estate agent has been professional and resourceful, aiding me with various tasks beyond the search for an apartment. Brian has stayed responsive throughout the my first months living in the accommodation, I've relied on his goodwill and experience as he helped me contact medical care as well as cleaning services. All in all, I could not have asked for a better apartment or a more professional and service minded agency. Thank you!

I met Larry Fiorenza (license number: 9059142) and Constantino at City Homes Boston Real Estate to look for a 1 bed room apartment. I did not finish the application process because they were unreasonably expecting us to pay huge amounts of money up front. When we decided not to proceed with the application, I was charged $375 by the broker even though the contact says that this fee is due only after the application is complete and approved. I filed a complaint at Greater Boston Real Estate Board and Division of Professional Licensure, Office of Investigations, which will hopefully get the situation resolved. They were the worst real estate agents I have ever dealt with and will be comparable to con. Please stay away from them.

I had a great experience working with John to find my studio. He was reliable, listened to my requests for an apartment, was kind, and went above and beyond, sending me a card after I moved into my new place, and checking in rt before my move-in date to make sure I had everything I needed from the landlords.
