City Crossing Apartments

These are the apartments for you if you love barking dogs!! I’ve been to the office 4 times already to complain about a dog that stays outside barking ALL NIGHT and day and nothing is done about it. Mind you, we get patio emails everyday about what is and is not allowed on our patios; such as SHOES..?, laundry (even though the washer and dryers are ON THE PATIO), even grills are not allowed. But ANIMALS ARE? Of course it’s not a problem for the office as they get to go home to a quiet environment soon as they’re off. Sick of these apartments man.

I love calling this place home and the staff especially Ms.Erika is the best. This place does really care about their tenants. They even start a food pantry now come on who does that now in days. When ever something goes wrong maintenance is out right away. I'm very happy living here

I just want to give an update. These people are not who they say they are, they get your application fee money, and then they turn you down flat. They make up excuses not to put you into their complex. All that stuff about being nice and smiles that they give you is just fake. They are not who they appear to be. I would never recommend that apartment complex to anyone I know.

Please save yourself the trouble. this apartment complex management is a nightmare. I was not going to review this apartment complex so i wouldnt cause myself a headache recalling my stay here. but after receiving a collections call nearly half a year later for “unpaid fees” after i paid my bills BEFORE time i now have a couple choice words. since the beginning this complex was the worst. i had a dishwasher with sitting black water nearly my whole year there to where i was getting sick. i had to go back and forth with the office to get it fixed just for it to happen all over again. Constant back and forth till the point i came in with a dishwasher with black water and left with a dishwasher with black water. a whole year later! when the hurricane hit they did nothing to clean up the area

Mole infested roaches Corporate messy, dirty trifling don’t come fix anything paint over mold valet trays don’t come pick the trash up always add unnecessary fees and says it was inconvenient and they can’t do nothing about it and you have to pay it. Poor customer service bat coming out of vent hangs up the phone in your face when you’re trying to talk about your fees that they added on your account beehives on porches when you call for maintenance to come check the beehive the beehive is coming out the nest and say they can’t help you
