City Crest Apartments

Been here for almost a year now, overall the apartments are cool. The managers are very understanding and easy to communicate with, which makes things a lot smoother. Maintenance requests usually get handled in a reasonable amount of time, and the community is pretty quiet. Like anywhere, there are a few small things that could be improved, but overall it’s been a solid place to live.

City Crest has been such a great place to live! The staff are friendly, maintenance is quick, and the property is always clean. I feel safe here and love how convenient the location is. Highly recommend! Living at City Crest has been a wonderful experience. The apartments are spacious, full of natural light, and very comfortable. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and any maintenance requests are taken care of quickly. The community is well-kept, safe, and in a convenient location close to everything I need. I’m very happy to call City Crest my home and would recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming community.

Sabrina and Ashley are amazing! Every time I have a question or concerns they’re always on top of it! I highly recommend this property due to the location as well as easy access to nearby shops, restaurants as well as i10 highway. I highly recommend!

The management team is unprofessional and unresponsive, which raises serious concerns about how this property is run. Sabrina, the manager, often communicates aggressively and avoids taking accountability for ongoing issues. The pool has remained closed and uncleaned all summer despite repeated promises that they were “working on it.” Even more concerning are the constant roach problems throughout the property that have never been properly resolved. These ongoing maintenance and hygiene issues make the living conditions unacceptable.

The apartment frequently has maintenance issues requiring repeated repair requests. Repairs are often temporary and the same problems keep recurring. Manager is unprofessional and becomes aggressive when residents ask for necessary fixes. Overall the experience has been stressful and disappointing.
