Would have given it 0 stars. This apartment complex has numerous ongoing issues that continue to go unaddressed. The front gate is constantly broken, leaving residents without proper security. The individual who is supposed to act as security is often found inside the office, either asleep or occupied on the computer, and rarely patrols the property as expected. There are frequently groups of young individuals loitering in the parking garage, and instead of addressing this, the security guard tends to harass tenants and has even reportedly pulled a firearm on residents — despite not being authorized to carry one. Management is awesome! They make sure that the tenants are going by the rules, so everyone can have a safe, decent place to live. There’s no hanging out, no outside parties,and no loud music. I lived here going on three years and I’ve never had any problems. If there is anything that needed to be fix, they took care of it right away.

This is a great place to live! It had great amenities and has terrific security. There is even a live guard there all night long. I don’t think they have ever had a break in there. I would definitely recommend it.
