Absolutely love living here. Love the management, always quick with responding to our needs. Highly recommend

Trash with rodents and bed bug infested mattress sitting out for months. See other reviews the same mattresses are in all the photos. Rotted trash underneath dumpster with maggots in rotted pizza. Update 7/20/25 Apparently office did not pay trash bill since it hasn’t been picked up in two weeks. Mattresses still there for at least 6 months

They can’t ever empty trash which leads to me not being able to empty my trash. Unlike other people I’m not just going to put trash bags on the ground. Now my apartment smells a tad bit like rubbish….horrible. Been living here years and for a year now they said they would be putting in a pool after these new owners hiked rent rates and still 0 new improvements that are meaningful still same condition since they bought it. But hey for them it’s better cuz they have filled every last apartment and I’m sure achieved 100% occupancy unlike the previous owners. So they have max profits and haven’t done anything to the first story which is still empty space like it’s been since day 1 these apartments were built. How hard is it to post advertisement for commercial space if they aren’t going to fil

Man these apartments look like brand new then a zombie apocalypse happened right before they opened 😱👀 i mean, am I going to eat, maybe a hotel…. No it’s 2009 and I’m just in the movie Zombieland is

My girlfriend and I moved into City Center Apartments six months ago, and this has been BY FAR the best experience we have ever had. The property manager, Stephanie, is very professional and made the move in process quick and easy for us. Throughout our stay, we only had to put in a total of 2 work orders, which were completed within the day! Our unit is well insulated so our electric bill was close to nothing! The resident portal is very easy to use allowing us to pay rent in seconds. The location is perfect, close to many grocery stores and all our favorite restaurants, while still being ducked off from the main roads. The ONLY reason we are not renewing our lease is because we relocating. I would recommend this apartment complex to ANYONE who is looking for a quiet, out the way, BUDGET
