City-Base Vista Apartments

My original 1 star review must've been taken down, so im here for another. If you like problems with homeless, love bugs and roaches being everywhere including your face at night, love listening to excuses from management why you have no cold water for 2 months, then no hoy water for 2 weeks, and you want to live in a miserable pit of desperation, then City-Base Vista is the place for you! They'll blame you for the but problem, lie about fixing your home, and they do it with a smile the whole time. Do not live here if you value your time, money, or sanitation. This place is gross. I lived there for 10 months.

All I can say is these apartments are the best! Management is quick to respond with any issues you’re having and they also work with you on rent if you’re falling behind. I definitely recommend living here it’s nice and quiet and neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves

I called the office to have two outlets repaired. The office was polite, prompt, and professional about my request. (Sarah took my request.) She also had my package delivered to my apartment from Spectrum. She went above and beyond. When I arrived home, the maintenance repaired my outlets. They didn't leave a mess. Also, they carefully placed my package in my apartment. Great job guys (and lady)!

I’ve been here a little over a month and I have to say the property itself is always clean and grass is always clean cut. Maintenance attends to any issues at a very reasonable time frame. Special thanks to Shayla who assisted me every step of the way especially in the quick moving In process! Front staff super friendly and always willing to help with any issues. Definitely a calm and quiet area shopping centers near by very convenient. The apt I chose was definitely clean with no issues. Definitely enjoying my new experience I can call home!

Let me start off by saying that as my first apartment ever, City Base Vista was a great place to be a resident of. I hope this review serves well for those who wish to rent, as I'll also provide tips from my experience for loving here for 14 months. • ✅️What I love about City Base Vista is the decent rent price for the unit you receive when compared to other complexes with similar market units. I also love the location as it's close by to HEB and numerous shops and restaurants in the City Base area (and a short drive from Roosevelt/SE Military Dr./McCreless Market, Downtown San Antonio, etc.) • ✅️Another thing I love is that the property is maintained with regular staff, and emergency notifications like blackouts and water pipe freeze prep email updates are sent quickly. •✅️ Attached are
