Citrus Springs by Century Complete

Just to let you know that the response to this review was bull the email they tell you to contact them. Still crickets We've been in our Century Complete new built home since Dec 2023. Let me me tell if I knew then what I know now. There were a few issues in first year they seem to take of pretty quickly minor things. I complained from early on that screens on windows didn't fit correctly, a humming bird could fly right in. Claimed it was bad clips didn't have any. That wasn't true , we had to make a custom screen. We noticed that the main bathroom and a crack in shell of bath liner, I made a warranty ticket and was told that if it wasn't noticed during walk through the was nothing that could be done. If you’re considering buying a home from Century Complete, I strongly urge you to reconsider. My experience with their customer service and warranty process has been nothing short of a nightmare. Century Complete recently changed their warranty repair point of contact to a man named Nick, and since then, my warranty issues have only gotten worse. Without completing any of the necessary repairs, Nick closed all my open warranty requests and marked them as finished. I had to reach out to someone completely unrelated to the warranty process, Kim—who, by pure luck, I had contact information for. Unlike Nick, Kim was incredibly helpful and took care of everything. However, when Nick found out I had contacted her, he reached out to me with an attitude, questioning why I hadn’t gone through him—

As much as we love our home, we have to be honest about how much we also dislike it and the experience with Century. From the very start, we had a lot of complications with finishing up this new build. This builder doesn't allow any upgrades of any kind. We tried to get a different color and offered to pay for the paint but was told that they couldn't because this would delay the finishing even though our closing date still kept getting pushed for months. When it was getting closer to our closing date, we noticed that this house model was on sale for 20k less but were locked in even though our build wasn't ready. At the walk through, we noticed that those pretty floors we saw in the pictures were nothing more than a sheet of vinyl. House didn't come with a fridge or washer and dryer. I
