Citrus Isle by Centex Homes - Sold Out

I love my home at Citrus Isle. I was kept up to date from beginning to end of the buying and construction process. My neighborhood is very quiet and beautiful and the neighbors are very friendly. The follow up after the first year in the home was very thorough and I loved that. The only negative experience I have is my lawn, but my home and neighborhood is beautiful

Horrible sales agent. She wasn't welcoming nor inviting. We told her what we were looking afterwards she replied 'well we don't have that'. She directed us to the wall where there was only three types of houses. After reviewing the details, the houses weren't what we were looking for. Centex should reconsider having this agent representing their fine company. Very branch of Pulte we been to was a great experience.

I originally was not going to leave a review but I feel I need to warn others. We have had nothing but issues unfortunately since moving in. Broken sewer lines that were left buried by the landscapers. So bad that we had to call emergency line on Christmas DAY when whole house lost sewer use. Not fun with tons of guests. We had to have an electrician out within first two weeks too for an issue with outdoor lighting. The tub was clogged so bad it still hadnt drained over night so I had to unscrew the cap to see the ENTIRE pipe full of grout. Something we asked in walk-through to be completed. There is grout smeared all over our tile floors and we have had to scrape it off. The pantry door does not latch and neither do many of the other doors in the home. The paint was rushed and many spots

Wonderful place to raise a family and to live in general. Everyone is very friendly. The sales office and field managers are very professional. Highly recommend. The build quality from what I have noticed so far is top quality.
