Citrus Isle by Centex Homes

The house was filthy. I definitely wouldn't recommend. Hair in bathrooms. Place hasn't been dusted. Door was off hinges. Sofa had stains and disgusting. House had old smell. House doesn't come with wash cloths, towels, pots or pans. Refrigerator does not accommodate 13 ppl. Kitchen sink has slow drain. Shower heads are tiny. Mold in shower bathrooms Bannister was painted white and was black from dirt. House needs TLC. DONT DO IT

STAY AWAY. All 3 sinks leaking within a year. Whole AC unit outside was replaced after a month of moving in due to no air conditioning. The fan on it just went out a couple month ago too. Thankfully the warranty covered it. Broken dishwasher less than 2 years into the house. Had to pay for that. Broken sewer lines. Sinking fence in the back. So many things broken within two years!! So upset at the quality.

Got a tour and walk-through of some of the homes by Adrienne Roberts just this past weekend. Love the floor plans and feel of the Centex homes. Adrienne was so helpful and kind, printing out multiple different options for our monthly mortgage based on what deposit we decide to put down. She wasn't pushy at all and gave us all the information we needed. We are definitely still considering making Citrus Isle our home!

The worst home buying experience ever, was not upfront about costs, options and incentives. Very dishonest and changed different aspects as they got my deposit. I would not recommend.
